The short drive from the airport to Lara
Leaving Antalya Airport you pick up the coastal road east and are in the Lara hotel zone within about 20 minutes. There is no motorway section and no city-centre traffic to fight, so the timing holds even at peak season.

Lara Beach and its hotels
Lara Beach is a long stretch of Blue-Flag sand backed by a dense line of large five-star, all-inclusive hotels, many of them themed and among the biggest resorts in Turkey. It is a self-contained holiday zone with the beach, pools, restaurants and entertainment all on site.
The adjacent Kundu strip continues the same run of mega-resorts, so "Lara" on a booking can mean anywhere along several kilometres of coast. Your driver knows each hotel gate and takes you to the right one.
The Lower Duden Waterfall
On the way into Lara the road passes the Lower Duden Waterfall, where the Duden River drops straight over a cliff into the sea. There is a clifftop park with viewing points, and boat trips run out to see the falls from the water.
It is a quick, free stop a few minutes from the hotels, and a good first outing on an arrival day when you do not want to travel far.
Lara or Kundu: which zone is yours
Lara and Kundu sit side by side and are often booked interchangeably, but they have slightly different characters. Lara is closer to Antalya city and its beach promenade, while Kundu is the themed mega-resort bubble with The Land of Legends theme park in its heart.

Close to Antalya city and the old town
